Carol Warner

Carol McQuown Warner has a Bachelor of Music degree in flute performance from West Virginia University and a Master of Music Education degree from James Madison University. She has been a flutist with the Shenandoah Valley Bach Festival Orchestra since its beginning in 1993. She has performed with the Shenandoah Valley Choral Society as a choir member and flutist, has been a flutist with the Shenandoah Symphony, and is active as a church musician at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Carol taught flute in the Preparatory Music Program at Eastern Mennonite University, and has flute choir arrangements published by ALRY Publications and Southern Music. The Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis is her first publication of choral music.
